‘Michael’s Tragedy’
Returning from holidays, whilst this is a wee off topic, I can’t help reflecting on the untimely tragedy of Michael Jackson - the king-of-pop and magical dreams.
Whilst on holidays, I barely could believe what I was told and immediately began to soak up the media because I didn’t want to miss out in joining with those who adored Michael Jackson, nor the subsequent mourning process after the initial stage of disbelief of his untimely death. I couldn’t think of any other way to do this, so I watched the news for hours at the onset.
As the news rolls out, it seems to me such an untimely and unnecessary end to a talented life. It saddened me. It still does.
This is yet another tragic example of using pharmaceuticals, which I do not promote in the least. And placing our trust in doctors, and albeit quacks, when we need to trust in our bodies to heal ourselves.
The bits and fragments of Michael Jackson’s life we’ve been allowed to witness behind the shroud of privacy he seemed to prefer, I believe wooed many of us, capturing our hearts and imagination.
It’s a real life story weaved of rags to riches, from boy to stardom overnight; from reality and tormented memories to the magic and dreams over a lifetime. Michael made me hope in the magic too. I will never forget the countless hours of magic, music and dancing watching the Wiz starring Michael Jackson and Diana Ross.
It sometimes seems those who can instill the most belief in intangible moments with so much genius and talent rise like a shooting star then plummet from the sky as the falling star. Perhaps Michael could inspire belief in others even in the moments when he could not find any within himself. I believe it’s part of the legacy which made Michael Jackson the icon he became.
In the short term, the untimely tragedy for Michael and all those who adored him is a darkness for those who watch on. In the long stretch, he will be remembered for his light and the immense creativity he shared with so many worldwide.

Thank~you for your thoughts here dear readers; I appreciate them. I’ll look into the CarbonTwin Project as well!. Cheers.
